About Paul Gregg- How is he qualified to serve you?
Paul has been working in the Continuing Care Retirement Community field since 1992 and he worked his way from front-line leader to Executive Director. He is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator, and he holds a master's degree in Aging Studies and Nonprofit Management from North Carolina State University.
He has deep experience in community leadership. He has Board experience, having reported to an 18-member Board of Trustees for 10 years, has successfully planned and managed large complex construction projects, implemented significant organizational change, worked successfully with resident leaders, and built healthy, effective cultures in the organizations he served.

His wife Kelly and two adult children Catherine and Aaron, ethnic food, oysters in any form or fashion, a sharp-looking lawn, a challenging home project, a hike in the woods, the ocean on rough days.
